Practicing yoga in a group setting creates a sacred, safe zone. Observe silence before, during, and after practice. Allow room for other students to come in.

This is a 9-week After school Program with the option to renew each quarter. There will one-time fee per student with a minimum of 10 students. Cost includes travel, set up, clean up and time to prepare for the number of students, customized class structure and additional resources needed. Class structure: Classes may require adjustments to accommodate the ages, number of children, weather and logistical needs (e.g. space availability). Class duration: 60 mins per session one day a week.
Yoga for athletes not only helps with flexibility, but also helps to keep athletic bodies balanced and strong. By addressing imbalances in conditioning and sequencing yoga poses to realign, athletes can find increased range of motion, better body awareness, and a competitive edge with yoga. In addition to that yoga also decreases the chance for injuries by stretching tired muscles. This ties in directly with the key ingredient of yoga, which is the mindfulness.
Private instructions can be beneficial for all types of yoga practitioners. Beginners, advanced and with therapeutics needs, practitioners can go consciously deeper in feelings of well being from spending one-on-one time with an experienced yoga teacher. These kind of sessions allow teachers and students to build working relationships while working on specific needs and co-creating a practice that addresses individual goals.
Corporate yoga helps to bring a work/life balance to employees, decreasing stress and tension, lowering high blood pressure, boosting immunity, lessening sick calls, improving company morale, and builds more compassion in the workplace on top of increasing focus and concentration. I can work with chairs if being asked to speak/demo at a corporate meeting.

Karma yoga suggests that we eliminate that attitude and act with an attitude of selfless service, without any anticipation of credit or result. In other words, we act simply for the delight and joy of being ABLE to act, with no attachment to a particular outcome and no sense of a “me” actually doing the action.
