BSY BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY

Dear Valued Community,

Thank you for choosing Brwnskn Yoga. We are honored to share space with each of you and remain committed to providing intentional, quality experiences rooted in healing, growth, and community.

To continue offering the best possible service and maintain the integrity of our offerings, please take note of our updated payment policy:

1. Booking
We want to be as flexible as possible with our clients however we must maintain a healthy work life balance therefore the booking window will close 12 hours prior to the start of the class and you will not be able to register online.

2. Payment Due at Booking
All regular sessions (private and group) must be paid in full at the time of booking. This secures your space and allows us to plan mindfully for your experience.

3. Deposits for Special Events
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot for any special event, workshop, or retreat. The remaining balance is due by the date specified for that event.

3. No Free Services
At Brwnskn Yoga, we value the time, energy, and resources that go into every offering. As such, we do not offer free services. We are always open to discussing accessible pricing and donation-based options during select community events—but these will be clearly advertised when available.

Online Appointments ONLY! **Private Sessions available**

Pay-online - Your paid balance is confirmation of your scheduled session. If your balance is not paid PRIOR to your desired session, services will not be provided.

REGISTER FOR YOUR SESSION - This is IMPORTANT! This is a NO WALK-IN STUDIO. ONLY Online Appointments are accepted.
Due to limited space, PLEASE Register in Advance.
Give advance notice of cancellations.
Please be on time. If you are more than 10 mins late without notice, your session will be canceled.

If you do not have a standing scheduled appointment, Please call for availability prior to booking .

**Cancellation Policy**

Studio and Online Sessions: Sessions are non-refundable. Payments do not roll over. Your paid balance is a confirmation of your scheduled session. If your balance is not paid prior to your desired session, services will not be provide.

Corporate and Special Events: Cancellations should be made 24 hours prior to services. A “Late Cancellation / No Show Fee” of $100 will be levied if you cancel your reservation after the cancellation cutoff or if you do not attend a session that has scheduled.
