Payment Options
Brwnskn Yoga offers several ways to access services:
• Private Pay
• HSA/FSA eligible payments
• Organizational contracts
• Grant-supported programs
Some clients may qualify to use Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) or Health Savings Accounts (HSA) for Yoga Therapy services with a Letter of Medical Necessity.
Superbills are available upon request for clients seeking reimbursement through FSA/HSA or out-of-network health plans.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
To provide intentional, high-quality services and respect scheduling time, the following policy applies to all sessions:
- All sessions require payment to reserve your time.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session.
- Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice (no-shows), are non-refundable and will not be credited or rescheduled.
Complimentary Consultation Policy
- A $25 booking fee is required to reserve a complimentary consultation.
- This fee is credited toward your first Yoga Therapy Session if services continue.
- The booking fee is non-refundable in the event of a no-show or late cancellation.
Group Classes & Youth Programs
- Group classes and youth sessions are non-refundable.
- Missed classes do not roll over or transfer.
Organizational & Contracted Services
- Cancellations for contracted or organizational services are governed by the terms outlined in the signed agreement or invoice
